“AY SALCEDO” AS OFFICIAL HYMN #2020-06

An Ordinance adopting the “Ay Salcedo” as the official hymn of the municipality of Salcedo, Eastern Samar, prescribing its mandatory singing during official and formal functions, activities and programs of the local government unit of Salcedo and providing penalty for violations thereof.
