Brgy. 03 is located at the heart of the municipality of Salcedo where the municipa building and other institutions are located. It is situated almost 92 kilometers south of the City of Borongan and 17 kilometers north of the business center of Guiuan.
Being the center of the institutions, the barangay is accessible to any land transportation vehicles (buses from Manila and Tacloban, public utility vehicles, trucks, panel, tricycle, motorcycles, jeepneys from Borongan and other places pass this area).
The Barangay has a total land area of 5.73 hectares (source: MENRO Salcedo). The area has no land use plan yet, hence, there is no specific measure of areas for residential, institutional, watershed, etc.
