The Municipal Tourism Office successfully conducted a comprehensive 3-day Tourism Assessment across three (3) key locations: Matarinao Bay, Leyte Gulf of Salcedo, and the Pacific Area. This assessment aimed to evaluate the current conditions of these tourism sites, serving as a critical foundation for the upcoming Municipal Tourism Development Plan. The assessment was carried out by the Technical Working Group (TWG) of the Municipal Development Committee, comprising heads of offices and representatives from related agencies. The activity took place on July 23, 24, and 26, 2024.
