EXPROPRIATION OF INTEGRATED PUBLIC MARKET AND TERMINAL (IPMT)

An ordinance authorizing the Municipal Government of Salcedo through its Local Chief Executive to exercise the power of Eminent Domain for the expropriation of private lands/properties located in Barangay 13, Salcedo, Eastern Samar to be used for the construction of Integrated Public Market and Terminal (IPMT).
