Led by our beloved Mayor Ma. Rochelle G. Mergal and Congressman Marcelino C. Libanan, this Inauguration and Turn-Over Ceremony was held for the Road Concreting project in Barangay 01 Poblacion, Salcedo, Eastern Samar. Also in attendance were Engr. Domcelio M. Natividad, OIC District Engineer of Eastern Samar, DPWH Region VIII, along with our municipal and barangay officials, including the Liga ng mga Barangay President Hon. Honorato A. Padullo, Hon. Felix P. Pagayanan, Barangay 01 Chairman, and Hon. Remenio C. Macatimpag, Barangay Malbog Chairman, as well as CSO Representative Ma’am Josephine S. Garcia.
This road will connect Barangay Malbog to Poblacion through Barangay 01, commonly known as “Kabagakyan,” which will bring numerous benefits to the Municipality.
