Geographic Location and Population
The barangay is situated in the plateau portion of the dome-shaped topography. It is located 4.5 kilometers northwest of the town proper of Salcedo, 21.5 kilometers of the town proper of Guiuan, and 88.5 kilometers south east of Borongan City, the capital City of Eastern Samar. Population: 2,252. Number of Households: 525. Neighbouring Barangays: Palanas, Carapdapan, Seguinon, Abejao, Ibiran, Malbog.
