Today, October 26, 2023, marks the blessing ceremony and ribbon cutting of the National Child Development Center (NCDC) in Salcedo, Eastern Samar, one of the programs of Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD)Council.
The short program was spearheaded by Ma’am Amelita G. Macasa, MSWD Officer of the Local Government Unit of Salcedo. In attendance are the Local Government Unit’s officials and employees, daycare workers, sangguniang bayan members, Vice Mayor Maricris D. Fabillar and Board Member Melchor L. Mergal.
The NCDC proudly showcases its state-of-the-art facility and an array of modern teaching materials, all dedicated to nurturing and enriching the development of every child.
This impressive center is located in Barangay 02, Poblacion, within this municipality.
