Geographic Location and Population
Seguinon is an interior barangay of Salcedo. It is located 7.5 kilometers northwest of the town proper of Salcedo, 25.5 kilometers from the town proper of Guiuan, and 87.5 kilometers south east of Borongan City, the capital City of Eastern Samar).From the east you can found Barangay Iberan, on West is Barangay Caridad, in North is Barangay Abejao, Matarinao Bay and on the South is Barangay Talangdawan/ Barangay Naparaan. Population: 367. Number of Households: 106. Neighbouring Barangays: Abeajao, Naparaan, Talangdawan, Caridad.
