An Ordinance prohibiting the manufacture, sale, acquisition, possession, carrying and use of homemade or improvised pvc/stainless steel gun locally known as “pugakhang”/”sumpak” or “surit-surit” in the Municipality of Salcedo and providing penalties for violations thereof.
