CITIZEN’S CHARTER

I. Mandate

The Municipal Government of Salcedo, Eastern Samar aims to provide systematic delivery of government services both external and internal thru the implementation of the Republic Act No. 11032, otherwise known as the “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018”. It shall promote morale, integrity, progressive and responsive government services in order to improve good local governance, meet clients satisfaction, and to increase the trust and confidence of the constituents towards the local government.

II. Vision

“A premier tourism destination of the Southeast Samar with empowered people living in a resilient community and well-balanced ecosystem with strong economy supported by officials advocating good governance.”

III. Mission

“The municipality is mandated to promote quality of life of its constituents through the development of an agro-industrial economy, empowered and self-reliant people and balanced eco-system.”

IV. Service Pledge

We the officials and employees of the Local Government Unit of Salcedo, Eastern Samar firmly commit to serve our clients with utmost responsibility, dedication and respect.

Lead an accessible and responsive public service to all our clients.

Perform our duties and responsibilities upholding equality, without prejudice and ensuring customer’s excellent satisfaction.

Attend to all our applicants or requesting parties who are within the premises of the office prior to the end of official working hours and during lunch break.

Professionally and promptly respond to our client comments, feedbacks and complaints, if any.
