UTILIZATION OF 10% APPROVED ANNUAL PROCUREMENT PLAN #2023-01

An Ordinance enjoining the Local Government Unit of Salcedo, Non-Government Organizations, other government entities and duly accredited, association, organization and cooperatives to utilize at least 10% of their respective approved annual procurement plan intended for the purchase of local products and/or locally produced products and services and providing funds for the purpose.
